Get ready, Class of ’86—our 40th Reunion is coming, and we’re celebrating in style! Oakwood University’s Class of 1986 will reunite Friday–Sunday, April 3–5, 2026, for an unforgettable weekend of connection, celebration, and memories. Mark your calendars now—this milestone event is one for the history books!

Who’s going to be there? Everybody’s going to be there! And that means YOU need to be there too! We’re calling ALL students who attended Oakwood as Freshmen, Sophomores, Juniors, or Seniors between 1982 and 1986 to join us for this unforgettable celebration. Let’s make this milestone reunion one to remember!

Weekend Schedule

    • Friday, April 3, 2026 – 5:00 PM
       Kick things off with a warm and joyful Meet, Greet & Vespers in the Bradford Cleveland Brooks (BCB) building. Hug old friends, laugh about the good times, and set the tone for an amazing weekend.

    • Sabbath, April 4, 2026 – 9:00 AM
       We are leading the way! Join us at the Von Braun Center for a Sabbath School Panel discussion led by our class, then sit together loud and proud behind our Class of ’86 banner during the 11:00 AM service. Immediately after, we’ll gather on stage for an official Class Picture—a moment you won’t want to miss.

·        Saturday Night, April 4, 2026 – 8:00 PM

At 8:00 PM, prepare for elegance and memories at our Formal Gala held in the Saturn V Hall at the Space & Rocket Center. Dress to impress because this will be a night of dining, dancing, and dazzling celebration under the stars.

    • Sunday, April 5, 2026 – 10:00 AM
       Let’s wrap up the weekend by supporting our classmates—purchase their books, potions, lotions, services, and products—then gather for a group picture in the Market area wearing our official Class of ’86 button-down shirts, the perfect finale to this historic event.

Costs & Deadlines

The cost for this spectacular reunion weekend is $250 per person (non-refundable).

    • $100 deposit is required by November 7, 2025 to secure our venues and events.

    • Final payment is due by February 1, 2026.
